The old city of Cartagena is bursting with colour. Houses are painted in bright, contrasting colours that beg to be photographed.
House numbers are optional. Locals prefer to direct you to the pink or purple house than to use a numerical system.
Here are some of the colours we captured.
Note: When building, Cartagena residents were told "no white houses" as they're too Spanish looking...hence the colour!
